       The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, which was formerly known as the Board of Trade of Chester & the Vicinity, has served the region’s business community since 1887. With over 2,000 members, it unifies the diverse efforts driving the economic growth in Delaware County.

       The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce was twice recognized as the Chamber of the Year by American Chamber of Commerce Executives, a national association for individuals involved in the management of chambers.      

       The Chamber is focused on providing members with valuable benefits, strengthening the quality of life within the community, serving as a liaison between business and government, and preparing the future workforce. It is comprised of an enthusiastic network of business associations and local financial institutions.  Additionally, the Chamber serves many diverse businesses throughout South Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.              

       The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest suburban Chambers in the nation. Its main, state-of-the-art facility is located in Media, with two additional offices in Chadds Ford and Chester, and is situated at the forefront of the business community. For over 100 years, the Chamber has supported and advocated a positive business climate, serving as the collective voice of the business community. It addresses key legislative and business issues, provides networking functions, and acts as a leader in promoting the economic well-being of the region.              

       The Chamber provides its members with an abundance of business resources to jumpstart them on the pathway to success. Whether it’s a start up business, or the expansion of an existing company, small business counselors and seminars are available to Chamber members looking for assistance, guidance, or a professional with whom to discuss their business plan.        

         The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce offers a wide variety of benefits and “members only” discounts and services.
